At JNIS we are here to prepare our students for success, with an innovative international curriculum that ensures the wellbeing of our students on a social, physical, and emotional level.

Our inquiry based instruction is enhanced by technology, which enables students to obtain authentic and engaging information. Our culture of thinking, along with this seamless integration of technology in our curriculum, enhances learning and deepens knowledge.

We believe that in order to thrive in the 21st century, an individual requires curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. We provide a unique blend of rigorous academic standards and extra-curricular activities along with music and sports which will provide students with a multisensory and multicultural approach to learning. This will prepare our students to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing global environment.

We believe each student to have a unique talent that deserves recognition. Our goal at JNIS is to recognize the needs of diverse learners based on the research done by Harvard University psychologist Harvard Gardner. According to Gardner, intelligence is a broadly based concept that includes various types of multiple intelligences. He states that these intelligences include not only linguistic and logical mathematical (often emphasized in school) but also musical, spatial, bodily kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, linguistic and naturalist.

By providing our students with instructional approaches that cater to their unique intellect in a safe and comfortable environment, we empower our students to be confident and self- directed members of society.
